Refund Policy

At Plumilight, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. Please note that only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

To start a return, please contact us at support@plumilight.com. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@plumilight.com, and we will assist you with the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items on final sale

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our customer service team when your return request is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us immediately at support@plumilight.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.
